With the success of his last album Continuum, Mayer blogged saying how this next album will take another direction with a fresh feel, yet he was still being very minimal about the style of this album. Going full force with the whole production approach for this particular album differently, this album has the soulful country feel that leaves you feeling warm and tingly inside, in an enchanted kind of way.
