JA-WOW!!! I just woke up this morning to the sun shining into my room, it's a nice change from the clouds and crappy weather we have back home ( sorry guys!! ) So right when I got to SFO, I can already begin to tell you how much i hate that airport, even more so than i do PDX (Portland). My flight was delayed in the air for landing for a good hour. The guy beside me, nice guy but he wouldnt shut the hell up. Landed finally and waited almost an hour for my luggage.

Finally met up with Boogie and we drove back to his hood. I was trying to absorb the lovely scenic route, buildings, signs.. everything. I mentioned to Boogie how i found this place like home, but it was totally different. We washed up, met up with Jessie and proceeded down to Frisco's Haight Street. There's a lot of history about this street, apparently during the Vietnam war, this was the grounds for protesting against it and so there was so much history to this street. Cute shops, tattoo and piercing spots... we met up with Junior and they took me to the record store to do some "diggin' "... I dont think i've ever been sooo overwhelmed with all the vinyls and cds. all the old school stuff thats next to impossible to find.

We rolled down to Cha Cha Cha's, cuban joint and waited a little while for seats. It was pretty busy but we chilled out at the bar, had some good talks over a couple pitchers of Sangria. NOW... Havana on the drive, i must say, i love that joint and their Sangria is amazing on the patio, but Cha Cha Cha's beats you by a long shot. Juniors friend Jennifer met up with us, down ass and so nice!! We all got our table, ordered some of the best food i ever ate and moseyed out our way to the Hooka bar the block down. Now at this time, i'm already buzzin from the Sangria, we each got a drink and smoked some good mixed berry tobacco. The joint had a pretty chill feel to it, I never realized how common they were here because we only have one of them back home.

After Hooka, we rolled to twin peaks, they all wanted to show me how dope the view was of the city. Its like going to Burnaby Mountain late night and just admiring the carpets of lights that outlines different streets and parts of the city. This was by far the nicest point ive ever seen in a long time. It was hella windy and even though i was in jeans, a tee and my hoodie... i was freeeezing! We rolled home and caught some ZZzzZZZz's.

This morning we started off the day pretty early. Baya, Boogie's niece, woke Boogie up and we all got up and proceeded to fill our bellies with some food!He took us to this little place called the " Black Bear Diner". Very cute little spot with newpapers as menus. Got me one of my all time favorite breakfasts, Corned beef hash, over medium eggs and English muffins. I was only able to eat half of it and i was hella full... both Boogie and i got madd case of food coma aka itis!

Boogie lives about 45 mins from Frisco in a nice city called "Sunset City", the view from his house is amazing! We drove down towards the lake near his home and wow... so much wild life and the plains are out of this world. People parked to the side to fish of the little piers and bridges. Boogie stopped by one of his favorite spots to fish, we pulled over and had a smoke, its extremely windy but if it wasnt for the breeze it would be scorching hot.

Just about to head out to the city and watch the game somewhere.... :)

sooo... has anyone gotten any tattoos anywhere in frisco thats worth going... i wanna get me my quote that i've always wanted!!
